Please note: all prices on this site are listed in US dollars.
We accept major credit cards via Paypal. You do not need to sign up as a member of Paypal in order to use its service, and you won’t be revealing your credit card or bank details to merchants (that’s us!).
Most items are carefully packed in a reusable ziplock bag, (clean, recycled) bubble wrap and tissue paper, and mailed in a bubble envelope. Our shipping costs are calculated by weight, so we try to keep them down by avoiding heavy and unnecessary packaging. However, some items with a more delicate structure will come to you in a box.
After payment, your order ships within three business days. Most packages are shipped via SingPost registered mail which requires a signature upon delivery. Please contact us separately if express courier delivery (EMS) is required. Packing and postage costs are calculated at the checkout stage based on the total weight and destination of your order, starting from USD3.50 for international delivery and USD1.99 for Singapore delivery.
Singapore-based customers now have the option of local normal mail starting from USD0.99. This is a slightly more affordable alternative but there is no tracking or compensation and Tellurus cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once these packages have been sent out.
Please note that all duties or import taxes are entirely the buyer’s responsibility. Tellurus shall not be liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
Approximate transit time (SingPost estimates), denoting the time from whence your package leaves us till it reaches your address:
Singapore – 1 to 2 business days
Asia Pacific – 4 to 6 business days
UK - 4 to 8 business days
Europe – 5 to 12 business days
USA, Middle East – 6 to 12 business days
You will receive email confirmation of your order being shipped, including the article registration number if applicable. If you do not receive your package within the estimated time frame, you can track it by selecting your country here. Tracking is not available for all countries, nor will a record show up immediately in the system, especially for international destinations, due to longer transit times, customs clearance and accessibility of final destination.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your shipment after 4 weeks or 18 business days, please contact us so that we can request a tracing report from the post office.
Should any item reach you in damaged condition, please let us know at once. Also, if you’re unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us within THREE days of receipt, and we will work with you for a resolution. Refunds or exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis only. We cannot accept returns/exchanges/refunds on customised items.
Returns should be in new and unused condition and carefully packaged. We will not be able to process a return if it has been damaged in transit. All initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
The data we collect on our website is used solely for the purpose of carrying out our business, i.e. to ship your order or to contact you with regards to your order.
Tellurus will never sell or rent your name, e-mail address or other information to third parties, and will not disclose such information to third parties without your explicit consent or unless we are required to by law.
We may, from time to time, send announcements or promotions via email. This will be on an opt-in basis and you will always have the choice of opting out.
Most importantly, we do not collect or store your credit card or any other financial information.
